You can then discuss with our director (Dr Caroline Dunsmuir-White, Clinical Psychologist) what you are looking for. This can take place via email or phone call. You will be asked what the current difficulties are, any past experience of therapy, and what you are looking for. Caroline will then provide some thoughts about what could be helpful and identify the associate who may be the best fit and let you know of their availability. Of course, if you have a preference of associate this will also be taken into account.

If you decide to go ahead, you will be asked to complete some brief paperwork, and then will be contacted by the chosen associate to arrange your first appointment.

Sessions cost £120 for 50 minutes. All sessions take place online via videoconference.

We understand that starting therapy can be anxiety provoking, and it is difficult to talk to someone new. We aim to make this process as straightforward and swift as possible. All of our clinicians will also be compassionate and recognise how hard this is, and the courage it takes to start this process. Thank you for trusting us with this.
